ALFAPARF TAB PROGRAM DETAILS: 

Save your ALFAPARF Evolution of Color (EOC) box tabs, and receive free tubes of EOC as follows:

• Receive 3 free tubes when 16 box tabs are presented to your Beauty Solutions Consultant (TAB16)
• Receive 8 free tubes when 42 box tabs are presented to your Beauty Solutions Consultant (TAB42)
• Receive 16 free tubes when 68 box tabs are presented to your Beauty Solutions Consultant (TAB68)

STYLIST AND CONSULTANT DUTIES:

• All redemptions must be done by sending a photo of tabs being redeemed to your current inside sales rep before you place your order. After order is placed, please mail in tabs to the office and write (ATTN: "REP NAME")
  
• Beauty Solutions and/or Consultant cannot be responsible for lost or stolen box tabs.
• All redemptions must be made in conjunction with a new order.
