Returns within 30 days of purchase:
- Any defective tool can be returned through your Beauty Solutions sales consultant within 30 days of purchasing.
- Your Beauty Solutions consultant will test the tool prior to getting an RMA and picking it up. If the Tool is not working your account will be credited and you will be sent a replacement.
Returns outside of 30 days:
- Any returns outside of 30 days are handled directly through Enzo Milano not Beauty Solutions.
- Shipping Fees: Enzo will charge a $10 handling fee and applicable shipping charges will apply for any defective items returned after 30 days of purchase.
- Once the item is received at Enzo Milano and is determined to be faulty, a new tool will be shipped in its place. Enzo Milano will ship the replacement tool, not Beauty Solutions.
- Customers must obtain a return Authorization number (RMA) from Enzo prior to shipping any tool back.

Overstock Returns (when the tools are being retailed)
- Beauty solutions will pick up and handle any overstock returns.
- Beauty Solutions standard overstock return policy applies. Please review the overstock policy for details. A re-stock fee applies.
- All products returned for overstock have to be unopened and in resalable condition.
